What is agreed,
in writing.
Every journey is held for one party alone, which means the houses, the vehicles and the dates are committed to you the moment a booking is confirmed. These are the terms that follow from that.
To secure your safari experience, the following schedule applies.
- ·A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- ·The remaining balance must be cleared no later than 60 days before departure.
- ·For bookings made within 60 days of the safari start date, full payment is required upfront.
In recognition of the exclusivity of our safaris, and of the commitments made to luxury stays, expert guidance and meticulous planning, our cancellation policy is structured as follows.
- ·50% of the booking amount is non-refundable.
- ·The remaining 50% is refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 90 days prior to the safari start date.
- ·Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.
- ·In the case of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be retained.
- ·Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
- ·Any changes may be accommodated, subject to availability and applicable charges.
- ·In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as park closures, government directives or travel restrictions, alternative arrangements, rescheduling or refunds will be provided appropriate to the situation, if applicable.
